Michael Berghoff

CHRIST Chief Digital Officer

Michael Berghoff has developed extensive experience in the IT world. He joined CHRIST Group in 2010 as Head of Multichannel Development. In 2018, he was appointed E-Commerce & Omnichannel Director. As of 2021 he is the CDO.

Giuseppe Mirenda

D.I.P. General Manager

Giuseppe Mirenda joined the Group in 2016, after acquiring considerable managerial experience in leading multinational jewelry and watch companies. After 7 years as Italy Sales Director, he was appointed General Manager of D.I.P. - Diffusione Italiana Preziosi in 2023.

Olivier Henry

CLEOR General Manager

Olivier Henry has notched up long and consolidated experience in retail in France. Over the past 10 years, he has held the positions of COO and Managing Director in large international retail companies. He joined the Morellato Group in 2024 as General Manager of the CLEOR Group.

Davide Zerbini

Morellato & Sector Ltd Managing Director

Davide Zerbini has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including 18 years at Morellato Group. He joined the company in 2005, later assuming the position of General Manager of Morellato & Sector Ltd, a Hong Kong-based company, and since 2023 the role of Managing Director.

David Loreto

Chief Operating Officer

David Loreto joined the Group in 2023 as COO, coordinating the following business areas: logistics, IT and quality control. A long-time manager, he boasts professional experience in international companies.

Laura Tognazzo

Group Chief Financial Officer

Laura Tognazzo joined the company in 2008 as Subsidiaries Controller. In 2019 she was appointed CFO of the newly acquired French company CLEOR Group and, in 2021, became Group CFO.

Laura Furlan

Group Merchandising Director

Laura Furlan joined Morellato SpA in 2007 with the role of Watch Merchandising Planner. In 2012 she became Merchandising Manager. Since 2023, she has held the position of Group Merchandising Director.

Simone Meconi

E-Commerce Director

Simone Meconi joined the Group in 2022 as E-Commerce Director. He brings professional experience in prestigious multinational companies with managerial positions both in Italy and abroad.

Andrea Aldo Gemetto

BU International Watch Straps Director

Andrea Gemetto joined Morellato SpA in 1992 as Sales Manager Italy. Since 2004, he has been International Sales Manager for the Group's strap division. He directly manages the main Swiss OEM customers, and strap product development.

Armando Volpe

BU Italy Distribution Director

Armando Volpe joined the Group in 2016 as Area Manager. In 2020, he became Commercial Director of Arca Packaging Solution SpA. In 2023, he was appointed Sales Director of BU Distribution Italy.

Stefano Bozzo

BU International Wholesale Director

Stefano Bozzo joined the Group in 2020 after 15 years of experience in licensing. He is in charge of International Distribution, and the subsidiaries for the French, German and Middle Eastern markets also report to him.

Christophe Bizot

Mister Watch Managing Director

Christophe Bizot joined the Group in 2023 as Managing Director of Mister Watch. He has more than 30 years of experience with managerial roles in leading luxury brands and international groups.

Hikmat Traboulsi

Italian Luxury MEA General Manager

Hikmat Traboulsi joined the Group in 2022. He has in-depth knowledge of the Middle East, where he has held multiple management positions in leading companies in the industry.
