Morellato Group: 2022 turnover at 392.5 Mil. Euro - Pro forma turnover soars to 780 Mil.

Milan, July 7, 2023. Morellato Group presents the excellent results achieved in FY 2022. Investments in innovation and sustainability. Expanding into direct retail.

The Group closes FY 2022, ended 02/28/2023 and prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS accounting standards, with a turnover of 392.5 million Euros, +17% on a like-for-like basis.

Pro-forma turnover stood at 780 million euros, thanks to significant growth in all markets (Italy +29%, France +14%) and the acquisition of the German CHRIST Group.
Excellent performance for all Group brands, particularly the jewelry segment.

Adjusted EBITDA stood at 95.5 million euros, equal to 24.3% of turnover [obtained by subtracting the costs incurred for the acquisition of Christ].
